Tracey Putz

Tracey Putz is an CM, MSN, FNP-BC and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University.

She has a background of 14 years in Chronic Kidney Disease, dialysis-specific experience, and six years in the specialty of Urology, three of those as the Director of an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Tracey believes that healthcare is the combined effort of holistic integrative medicine, both medicinal and naturopathic, utilizing evidence-based clinical guidelines for treatment, maximizing patient participation in their care, while providing adequate education, and encouraging patient self-efficacy for long-term improvement in patients’ condition and minimization of disease symptoms.
